ALCOUTIM ALGARVE

O Alcoutim is a town and a municipality in southeastern Portugal near the border with Spain. [1] The municipality has a total area of 575.32 km² and a population of 3,411 inhabitants. At the Portuguese census of 2001 it had a population of 3,770 inhabitants and was the least densely populated municipality in Portugal. The municipality is limited on the north by Mértola Municipality, on the east by Huelva Province in Spain, on the southeast by Castro Marim Municipality, on the southwest by Tavira Municipality and on the west by Loulé Municipality and Almodôvar Municipality. The administrative center is the town of Alcoutim, located at the extreme eastern part of the municipality on the Spanish frontier, just across the Guadiana River from the Spanish town of Sanlúcar de Guadiana in Huelva Province. The Moorish Alcoutim Castle, located in the municipality, dates from the 14th century. [1] The municipality is composed of 5 parishes, and is located in the northeast corner of Faro District.

SESIMBRA - AN UNFORGETTABLE PLACE
Sesimbra is a beautiful portuguese village that belongs to district of
Setúbal. If you choose as starting point the city of Lisbon , you may go directly to Sesimbra by highway A2 , and take less an hour to arrive there.
Sesimbra has a beautiful natural surroundings , as is a part of Arrábida Natural
Park . This region is mostly visited by tourists, including Spaniards, who seek the beauty and the rest of the mountain, the magnificent beach without waves (families with children), in addition to the cultural charms (highlight the tile of the Castle Church) .
The beach in Sesimbra has good facilities , such as Hotels , restaurants , stores .
This is a place for artists , like painters . Very often it's possible to see them enjoying the charming landscapes ,and making beatiful paintings , on exhibition to whom is passing there . Really a nice place to rest and feel new .

Algarve is a popular tourist destination with beautiful beaches, mountains (thermal waters) like Serra de Monchique, places to spend a fun day - as Aquashow; Fatacil the fair and other events of its kind, and above all offers a fine cuisine and a magnificent sun.

The beaches ... the best one is Praia da Marinha (Lagoa) .
Unfortunately there are no pictures available of this beach (praia ) .
However there are other beaches like Praia dos Arrifes (Albufeira) , Praia de São Rafael (Albufeira) , Praia da Falésia (Vilamoura/Loulé) , Praia de Benagil (Lagoa) ,Praia da Coelha ( Albufeira ) , with beatiful rocks and caves to be explored by boat or even to dive practice. Let's show some of these beaches.

Rio Ceira is a portuguese river that springs in Serra do Açor , and it is a
tributary of Rio Mondego . The confluence is on River Mondego's left bank .
River Mondego ( Rio Mondego ) flows upstream of the third portuguese city
- COIMBRA .
Rio Ceira é um rio português que nasce na Serra do Açor , e é um afluente do
Rio Mondego . A confluência verifica-se na margem esquerda do Rio Mondego ,
o qual desagua a montante da terceira cidade portuguesa - COIMBRA .
